Blueberry Stormcloud

Days 6 and 7 for the poetry writing and I'm still falling back on the good old staple of haiku - and not even technically using the form correctly....   Perhaps just a generic short verse form would suffice.  Still, it's quick and interesting and is a good way to keep writing, even in a minimalist way! Blueberry I hate blueberries No berry should ever be blue That is bubble gum Stormcloud stormcloud come to me raised eyebrows, smile curling now at those who scatter electric oxygen high grey warning of shocks to come

For the first time in a long time...

I haven't written anything in a VERY long while!   I'm just back from Paris so may well write something about that in a while but for the time being, Maria ( https://www.blogger.com/blogger.g?blogID=2378533675754752363#overview/src=dashboard )   and I are writing poetry for this month using random words as a stimulus.  I've missed the first five so here there are in one go - Charity Charity is dead, when lying on the floor, she reaches out in vain. Ink i stumbled across a river of your light and curious words here Mimosa you shrink from my touch frond fingers reaching in to protect your beauty Rain some rain falls often on the plain but the rest falls on this sceptred isle Happened she wished for something so fiercely that her heart hurt but nothing happened It's just for fun but it's good to spend time thinking about words again!
